Hello, folks! Happy Autumn.
I’m so excited that it’s been in the twentieth of September because it means it’s officially (both by meteorological season and Autumn equinox) Autumn! I’m also very excited to share some random stuff that I’ve discovered in the month of September so far. Hope this helps you and maybe give you some inspirations :)
First, I’ve been so in love with this dried Edelweiss flower. I actually bought this when I was traveling to Dieng, or to Sikidang Crate to be exact. Devita—my traveling partner—told me that her sister had already had some kind of that flower and it couldn’t die. So, the flower stays like, literally, forever. For the kind of person who’s into home decor like me, I was so intrigued with that fact and moreover I thought decorating room with some other flowers would be nice. So, I bought it and it was only IDR 20K. This flower smells really good, really Autumn and it always makes me crave to go back to Dieng especially to the mountain. I don’t have to buy some Autumn candles at the mall anymore because the smell of this particular flower has been so… amazing.

The second thing that I love in this month is Autumn music playlist. Because… what does life mean without music? And what does Autumn mean without melodies?
Anyways, there’s only one big Autumn playlist on my mobile, but later I think that it’s just better if I divide the songs by two categories. For those of you who enjoy mellow, quiet and gloomy Autumn atmosphere, I suggest you to go to listen to the music in the first category, but if you’re more into energetic, powerful Autumn atmosphere, the latter one would suit you better. However, the following ones that I mention here usually such a nice companion when I’m doing my assignments or enjoying the rain. So, here they are.
a. Instrumental/Orchestra
1. With or Without You - Scala & Kolacny Brothers
2. Every Breath You Take - Scala & Kolacny Brothers
3. Autumn Leaves - Celtic Music
4. Aquatic Elves - Celtic Music
5. Hanging Tree – L.E.J
6. Autumn Witch - Halloween Music
7. Autumn Forest – Dark Autumn Music
8. Follow The Wind – July
9. Sound of Fallen Leaves – July
10. Autumn – July
b. Pop Songs
1. Autumn Leaves – Ed Sheeran
2. I See Fire – Chance Pena
3. Wherever You Will Go – Chance Pena ft Andi & Alex
4. Something Wild – Lindsey Stirling ft Andrew McMahon
5. Powerful – Major Lazer ft Ellie Goulding
6. Pills N Potions – Nicki Minaj
7. Coming Home – Skylar Grey (A.N.O Remix)
8. Bootstraps - Fortyfive
9. Always You – Nazca
10. Good Energy – Vincent Liou
Third is about dressing up, because apparently which fashion girl who doesn’t like to dress up? But, these are just two little examples of how I dress up in the theme of Autumn September.

What I Wear
Scarf, Black Basic T-Shirt, Jeans, Grey Denim Clutch, Black Mules, Gold Plated Sterling Silver Rings and Bracelet, Olive Leaves Ring, and Black Esprit Watch

What I Wear
Navy Blue Shirt, Purple Patterned Crop Cullotte, Jeans Bag, Black Strappy Sandals, Blue Zircon Bracelet and Gold Plated Sterling Silver Bracelet
Next random thing that I’ve found and I like is my pencil case bag. I didn’t intend to change my pencil case bag until my close friend in Law School (re: Rizka) had a new pencil case bag which was really cute and made me want to have that kind of thing too. So, I searched it online (actually on Lazada) and found the similar thing, ordered it, transferred the fee and… voila! I am quite satisfied with the product, even though I expected the color would be much softer but that’s fine because the picture of the little girl in the pencil case bag is just really cute and I also like the compartments inside. So, yeah, it is pretty satisfying.

And last but definitely not least is my bedroom decor. I’m always thrilled to decor my bedroom based on seasons, so of course I decor it based on Autumn right now.

The headboard is actually by the Batik fabric that I got from my travel agent when I was traveling to Dieng, I just really like it and it may sound silly but every single time I look up to the headboard, I just feel like I’m in a Javanese hotel room somewhere in Jogja or Semarang. The sheet and comforter are custom-made in the color of Mocha and somehow they just remind me of coffee milk, and coffee milk suits Autumn morning really good. The thing that I put on top of my pillow is not a blanket—unfortunately, I don’t have an Autumn patterned blanket—but it’s a Pashmina scarf of mine. The color and the pattern just match the Autumn atmosphere so I put it there.
I have several bags and I decided to organize them so the bags that are in the front side represent the color of Autumn. And even though I don’t have (and don’t plan to make)an Autumn Capsule Wardrobe, I just think that hanging up some Autumn outfits looks nice in my whole Autumn bedroom look. I keep 3 of my neutral colored shoes in my bedroom because they’re so easy to style, they represent my feminine characteristic and they’ll become such a nice touch both in my bedroom and also in my look.

So, I think those sum up pretty much everything that I’ve found and end up loving in the month of September.
I hope you guys have such a nice Autumn and warm memories.
Till next time.
